SHOW ON: it’s a wrap!

P
It was a full month of preparations, running around and general hard work, but it was well worth it! SHOW ON was a great success and paved the way for future collaborations between Performance Space and Mobile States.

We have been receiving great feedback from publications who reviewed some of the shows and punters alike and, in the name of keeping dialogue open, decided to publish them here.

Applespiel Make A Band And Take On The Recording Industry was decidedly the most media-hyped event (go Applespilers!), followed by the participatory karaoke-infused out-of-body theatre experience provided by Thrashing Without Looking (Aphids) and suspense-filled Pin Drop (Tamara Saulwick).

Opinions and general praise on Twitter were too many to list here, so we would just like to send a huge THANK YOU to everyone who came, participated, sang, danced, re-tweeted or simply witnessed in awe all of the great shows that took over Carriageworks in 11 days of exploratory fun!
