Rosie Dennis

Rosie Dennis is a Sydney-based performance-maker, writer, teacher and curator. She makes work that is technically simple, emotionally evocative and has a strong connection with the everyday. Since 2004 she has written and performed Fraudulent Behaviour, Access All Areas/No Entry, Love Song Dedication and Hitting A Brick Wall. All four works have independently toured to festivals in Europe and the United Kingdom. Her solo Fraudulent Behaviour has been selected for a national tour as part of Mobile States in 2010 and will be presented at the Australian Performing Arts Market in February, 2010.

Since 2007, Dennis has co-curated NightTime, a twice-yearly event at Performance Space, and Unco-cordinated for FraserStudios in Chippendale. In 2010 Rosie will commence her role as the live art/performance curator at Campbelltown Arts Centre.
