PACT centre for emerging artists is looking for an Associate Director.

The Associate Director works closely with the Artistic Director to implement and deliver the artistic program and with other staff in the delivery of all PACT’s projects and services. The successful candidate will be a highly organised team member with excellent communication skills, initiative, knowledge and networks in the performing or interdisciplinary arts industry, the ability to contribute to the strategic outlook of the organisation at a key time of change and demonstrate a mature approach to relationship management and mentoring. The ideal candidate will also have demonstrated experience in programming and/or conceptual development and delivery.
