Don't miss the fabulous Tiny Stadiums Festival of live art, site specific work and audience interventions at PACT and the Erskineville surrounds in June.

Tiny Stadiums Festival of live art, site-specific performance and audience intervention returns in June 2012 with the excitement of a new bunch of curators.

PACT will be presenting 10 new works around Erskineville as part of the festival.

One of the highlights of the festival will be Sweet Child of Mine by Bron Batten with her parents live on stage (winner of Award for Best Experimental Performance at Melbourne Fringe 2011).

Stadiums will soon infiltrate the streets of Erskineville, intersecting the familiar pedestrian routes and the paths of regular weekend activity with a cross section of live art.

Curated around the concept of Centre/Margins, Tiny Stadiums artists will shift how people navigate the heart and peripheries of the suburb.

A mix of performance, visual arts, installation and sound art, the 2012 Tiny Stadiums Festival transitions between fact and fiction, local and global while considering ideas of place and belonging.
